Davis Speed Center

Davis Speed Center is happy to offer a our advanced strength and speed program for the YellowJackets hockey teams.  Our strength and speed programs have helped hundreds of atheltes move on to the D1 level in college athletics over the past 13 years in the area.   We are proud to have worked with hockey players that have gone on to play at the professional level as well as with Team USA hockey.

DSC will offer 3 sessions per week for teams to train.  2 sessions will be at our facility where we have a full line of specialized equipment to help achieve maximum results.  1 session per week will be at the YellowJackets facility.  

​

These sessions will focus on increasing players overall strength levels, increase reaction and footspeed, and develop faster skaters.  A lot of attention will also be focused on core strength.
