I think being a teacher, like being a parent, is perhaps one of the most thankless jobs out there. Would you agree?

I mean; teachers and administrative team members at our schools are the ones who ultimately educate our future, right?

Well, I certainly didn't appreciate that fact when I was in school, but looking back I sure am thankful for some of the teachers and staff that helped me through my youth.

My name is Dave Davis and for the last 13 years I've been helping people get in the best shape of their lives.  My wife Kelly and I own Davis Speed Center, one of the top athletic training facilities in the area.  On top of that we also offer our Get Fit programs. 

Our Get Fit program is for ALL FITNESS LEVELS and really teaches members how to fit in fitness; something that can be really tough for busy professionals like you.

 

Each summer we like to invite teachers to come workout with us - at a very special, very low rate.  ;-)  It's my way of saying, "THANK YOU!" to all the great teachers in my life, and to YOU for all the kids you're helping with their futures.

I've been looking for a "bootcamp" to join for a while now, and when I saw DSC offering one I felt like I needed to check it out.  I am so glad I did.  The workouts are different than you would get at a health club. Dave is very in tune to your specific needs and adjusts accordingly. You never know what he has in store for you when you come to class. Dave is very knowledgeable in weight management/diet & nutrition. I have gotten the "jump start" I needed to get healthy & fit. Great ego-booster for both men & women.

What I liked best about the program is it has given me motivation and direction on how to diet and exercise again.

What I liked least is the initial soreness and the dieting, but that was expected.

I would highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to get back in shape and learn the proper way to train, workout and diet. I lost 9 lbs in the first 2 weeks.
