Our Get Fit classes are 45 minute classes that alternate between strength training and conditioning workouts. Class times are:
M,W,F 9:30 am
M,T,W,TH 6:30 pm
Sat 9 am
What to expect:
When you arrive, expect to be greated by your trainer for the night. He will get you all set up and help you feel welcomed.
Each class starts with a 5 minute warm-up. We will teach you what to do.
From there your trainer will explain how the workout will run for the night.
Once the teaching is over you will be split into a small group or set up with a partner for the night. Your trainer will lead the workout and continue to teach and correct form throughout the session.
