Preseason Basketball

Agility and Vertical Jump Program

 

Davis Speed Center will be offering a preseason basketball agility and vertical jump program for high school basketball players.  This program will focus on helping players move quicker in first step, lateral, and reaction movements.  We will also focus on increasing vertical jump and lower body strength.  

 

Davis Speed Center has worked with some of the top basketball players in the county for the past 3 years, including #3 in the nation LaLumiere high school and 3 time NW Herald player of the year Ali Andrews.  We have sent over 10 athletes to D1 schools in the past 3 years alone.  Imagine what we can do for you.

 

When: Tuesday and Thursdays 5:00-5:45 pm

           September 13th - Oct 6th
