Davis Speed Center

Davis Speed Center will be offering a baseball speed and power camp this September.  The focus will be on helping athletes decrease their home to first time, improve 60 time, get faster reaction time, and increase lower body power and core strength.

 

This program has helped us produce multiple Northwest Herald Baseball Players of the year as well and State Champ Baseball Teams.  Use this fall to prepare yourself for next season.  The drills you learn here, you will be able to use all winter long.

 

When: Monday and Wednesdays 6:30- 7:15 pm
