I've been looking for a "bootcamp" to join for a while now, and when I saw DSC offering one I felt like I needed to check it out. I am so glad I did. The workouts are different than you would get at a health club. They are very in tune to your specific needs and adjusts accordingly. You never know what they have in store for you when you come to class. They are very knowledgeable in weight management/diet & nutrition. I have gotten the "jump start" I needed to get healthy & fit. Great ego-booster for both men & women.
What I liked best about the program is that it has given me motivation and direction on how to diet and exercise again. What I liked least is the initial soreness and the dieting, but that was expected. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to get back in shape and learn the proper way to train, workout and diet. I lost 9 lbs in the first 2 weeks.
